HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are processed within 3 -7 business days. Standard delivery can take between 5 and 15 business days after your order is processed. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. A tracking number and shipment confirmation will be provided within 1 - 3 business days after your order has shipped. Please contact us at email@example.com if it has been more than 7 business days since you've placed your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will do our best to cancel your order. Please keep in mind are unable to cancel your order if it has already entered our shipping process. If your order has already been shipped, please use our easy return system for a full refund or exchange.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, simply contact us email@example.com. We can make changes to addresses up to 24 hours after the order was submitted. No refunds can be given if we are notified of a change of address more than 24 hours after an incorrect submission. You will have to place a new order.
