Processing Times: This starts on the day we receive your order until the day it is shipped. This process typically takes 2 - 3 days (depending on the product).
Delivery Times: This is the number of days, after processing, for your order to show up at your door.

International: Typically 7 - 20 days. Please note: austinrhys is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Typical total shipping time: Processing to delivery can take between 2 and 3 weeks, however, in most cases, you will receive your order much sooner!
- Since some of our merchandise ship from our overseas fulfillment centers, please allow up to 7 - 20 days for the delivery of those items. Our product descriptions will always indicate if an item is being shipped from overseas. If multiple items from our overseas fulfillment center are ordered, they may all ship separately.
Every order is shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
