Refund and Exchange Policy

Something's not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll take care of it.

How do I start a return?

  • Visit our returns center

  • Enter your order number and email address to start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

When items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of delivery

  • In unused, unworn and resellable condition

  • In the original packaging with all the tags still attached

What items are non-refundable? The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items (if applicable)

  • SALE items including promotional discounts such as special discount codes, swim wear, exclusive or small batch items, or bundles.

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • International orders - due to high cost of shipping, please contact customerservcice@austinrhys.com before starting a return request

The item I received is damaged or defective!
If the purchased item is faulty, you must let us know within 7 days of the delivered date. You must submit a clear picture of the faulty item with your return request.

My item was never delivered!
All purchases will be tracked. If the purchased item was not delivered, you must let us know within 7 days of the expected delivered date. 

Can the items be exchanged?
At this time we are unable to offer exchanges. You may return the defective or incorrect item for a full refund and repurchase.

I've changed my mind and don't want to keep the product.
No problem! If you do not want to keep your order and would like to send it back, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and for tracking the return. Proof will be required. 

What are my refund options?
The following refund options are offered:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval.
